ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dexter Smith - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consult customers with financial planning and investment options.
- Conduct financial reviews and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in financial services preferred.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Series 6, 63, 65 or 7 license preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
